Create inet6num and route6 Object

Now you should create at least one inet6num object of your allocation in the RIPE database.

After you have created your inet6num objects, you must create a Route6 object for them.

Finally, verify that all objects were correctly created by entering your IPv6 subnet at the top right of the search field and searching for it.

You should now see at least two objects an inet6num and a Route6 object.

Announce the IPv6 Prefixes on your ASN

Subsequently, announce your IPv6 prefixes via BGP to your Upstreams and wait until your Prefix is visible in the RIPE Stats.

Please note that RIPE stats are usually updated at 00:00 UTC at night, so it may take several hours before you can see your Prefixes on our Website to create ROAs.
